Rail Fastenings

We are able to provide various types of fastenings systems applied for railroad with concrete sleepers, wooden sleepers, and steel sleepers. Our rails fastenings systems include E type, SKL series, W series, Nabla series, KPO series.

Sleepers

Concrete sleepers are widely applied in passenger railway, high speed railway, underground railway, urban railway, ballasted and ballastless track.

We mainly provide concrete sleepers including II type, III type, turnout sleeper , capacitance sleeper, broad sleeper, crossing sleeper, balastless turnout sleeper, metro sleeper, urban railway sleepers, and various kinds of ballast slabs.

Fabricated with high quality raw material-forged spring steel using hot forging process in accordance with EN, ISO, UIC standards.

Joint Bars

It functions by providing proper allignment of rails on gauge line and top of head, it is easy to install and is available in standard sizes to meet customer requirement, or you can provide your own drawing and we will provide it for you.

Compromise joint bar is a type of none-standard fish plate fabricated for connecting 2 rail tracks of different sizes and drillings, compromise joint bar manufacture technology and fish plate quality has been improved and tested.
